Returns and Damages

Please review the following terms and conditions, then complete the required form to initiate a product return.

Returns:

  • Returns of defective products are handled directly by the manufacturer under warranty. Contact the manufacturer for any issues with defective products.
  • Non-defective returns incur a 20% restocking fee and must be in new, unused condition. The product should include all original components (such as cables, hardware, etc.) and remain in unopened, original packaging.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning non-defective products.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be received within 30 days of the return merchandise authorization (RMA) date; otherwise, the return case will be closed.

Damages:

  • Inspect all shipments upon delivery.
  • Note any discrepancies in item count or damages directly on the Delivery Receipt (BOL) and inform the driver immediately.
  • Do not refuse delivery, as this may result in additional freight charges. For severe damages, ask the driver to return the items to the warehouse.
  • Promptly email photos of any damages along with a copy of the BOL to musubitechnology@gmail.com.
